What is your favourite bloom?
I adore roses of every shape and colour but my all time favourite is Early Grey, such a wonderful tone.
What's one thing you'd want every bride to know?
To use locally grown and in season flowers because they are abundant and really fresh!
What do you like to do in your down time?
I enjoy styling and decorating when I have a project to get stuck into. Also Travelling! love the process of getting to the destination and discovering new places.
What is your favourite floral moment?
When we created the runway arrangement for Wild Hearts at Mahana, I could see it unfold before me. It was a magical day!
